Our Company Secures Turnkey Contract for Hydro-Generator Units at Cambodia’s Sadda River Hydropower Plant

We have achieved another significant milestone in our overseas infrastructure footprint. In September 2025, we officially signed a comprehensive turnkey contract for the supply of hydro-generator units for the Sadda River Hydropower Plant in Cambodia. Our scope of work encompasses the entire process—from the design, production, and supply of equipment to on-site installation and commissioning. This achievement underscores our growing competitiveness and brand influence within the Southeast Asian hydropower equipment market.

The Sadda River Hydropower Plant is tailored to the local hydrological environment, featuring a design head of 16 meters. The core equipment consists of three 800 kW Francis-type (mixed-flow) hydro-generator units. Francis turbines are ideally suited for operating conditions characterized by medium-to-low heads and high flow rates; they offer exceptional operational stability, high energy efficiency, low failure rates, and strong adaptability. These attributes make them a perfect fit for the development of small-to-medium-scale hydropower projects in Cambodia, providing the region with a stable, clean, and green source of energy.

Currently, the project is progressing steadily, with civil engineering works—including foundational construction, site layout, and the installation of embedded infrastructure—underway and proceeding according to plan. Once the civil works are complete, we will promptly move forward with the delivery, installation, and commissioning of the equipment. We remain committed to strictly adhering to international engineering standards and contractual requirements, maintaining rigorous control over product quality and construction details to ensure the project is delivered and commissioned efficiently and to the highest standard.

The successful signing of this project in Cambodia represents a key achievement in our ongoing efforts to cultivate markets within the ASEAN region under the "Belt and Road" Initiative.
